In my spiritual journey so far, I’ve seen that the way to stop being negative, is to be a bit negative. We’ll start recognising, honouring and diminishing our negative feelings and beliefs. A couple of the tools that I use and will mention, use negativity as a way to move towards a clear and positive mind. All of them are tools you’ve probably already heard of, but hopefully I will present them to you in a way that will trigger you to actually start using them. With most of them, even though they may seem intimidating, there’s no right or wrong way to practice them. The only wrong way is to not practice them at all. Be open, be present and find what’s best for you.
