  • I CAN’T FIND THE MEMBERS' MATERIAL, WHAT DO I DO?

    Please make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in, go to MY ACCOUNT where you’ll find your purchased material and free resources.

  • I CAN’T ACCESS SOMETHING?

    The reasons you might not be able to access a members-only section are:

    1 – Your last payment might not have gone through (in which case you will have had your account suspended), if this is the case we will have emailed you instructions to get your account re-started again. If you can’t find that email, please contact us at members@aprettycreative.com and we will resend it (please keep in mind that these requests are taken care of manually, and allow 24 hours for us to respond).

    2 – You might try to access a member area out of your purchased course. In that case, you’ll have to enroll in each subscription individually.
