The story of a
Since 2009 that I’ve been sharing my stories on the internet, I’ve told you several things about me, but talking about my story as a fat girl, is not easy fro me. Especially when I choose to do it at a time when I get the most hate on my YouTube channel than ever (because of an overall rebranding). But it was an intentional choice to step out of my comfort zone and say things so many “girls” like me have been through. I really wanted to say that It’s not about the weight, never has been and there are ways to fight our emotions, not our bodies.
Talking about weight and my story isn’t easy, but I still wanted to appear on this issues as I currently am, and not wait to be another success story and basically tell you “I did it! I’m a success now, how are you handling it?”. We’re on the same side, you and me, sharing secrets, tips and practices to solve our issues it the best way for ourselves.

Weight loss tips from an overweight? That’s right! I hate to brake it to you, but I’m not another success story. Most of the times, when successful people tells us how they got where they are, we can say “Easy for you to give advice, even if you’ve been where I am, you’re on the other side now…” Well, I’m not! I’m on the same side as you are, trying to figure everything out, feeling inspired and frustrated some times, but still want to share my excitement about the techniques I’ve found. I bet you’ve been through numerous “tried and proved” methods, and I’m sure you don’t need another one. Ι‘m “not there, yet”, but it doesn’t mean the tools and techniques I provide don’t work. It also doesn’t mean I haven’t made any progress.
